Terms of Service

General Guidelines

1. By commissioning me, you agree to all the following terms and conditions.
2. I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission I receive for any reason. See Refunding and Cancellations for more information.
3. You must be over the age of 15 to commission me, no exceptions.
4. When commissioning me, please clearly state your expectations for the piece, a character reference sheet and/or images are required. Pose references are heavily recommended.
5. Any behavior I deem to be rude, demanding, or inappropriate will result in your commission being cancelled.
6. Questions regarding my process or any part of this TOS are happily accepted and encouraged.

Commissioning Process

1. I am a full time student, I have ADHD and Bipolar Disorder which both greatly affect my ability to be consistent with projects and work. I do not recommend you commission me if you are seeking a commission that is needed within a certain time frame or for a special occasion.
2. I will provide Work In Progress shots at these points within the commission: Initial sketch, Clean sketch, Lineart, and Flat Colors.
You may request more WIPs at any point in time.
3. Minor edits to the composition of the piece are free up until I begin shading/rendering. The price of these edits will be determined on a case by case basis. Edits to the actual shading itself do not apply to this rule, and are free.
4. Estimated wait time for a completed commission is at a minimum of 3 weeks. Unless the commissioner consents to a longer wait time, the longest I will allow someone to wait for a commission is 6 months, after that time frame I will fully refund the commission and provide the work I have done at that point.I frame my wait time in this way to reassure the commissioner that they will not be scammed or stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a commission, and that a speedy refund will always be available upon request.

Payment

1. I accept payment through: Venmo (preferred), Paypal (least preferred), Cashapp, and Amazon Wishlist purchases (exclusive to certain commission types). USD only.
2. For commissions worth 20 dollars and under, full payment is expected upfront. For any payments over 20, commissioners have the option to pay 50% upfront, and fulfill the other 50% upon completion.
3. If the commissioner opts for the 50/50 payment plan, I will not send the completed piece until the full payment is complete. No exceptions.

Refunding and Cancellations

1. Before filing for a refund with the payment provider, it is required you consult me first.
2. If I choose to cancel the commission before the 6 month time frame, I will either refund in full, 50%, or 30% depending on the amount of work I have done at that point.
3. Commissioners reserve the right to cancel the commission and request a refund at any point during the commissioning process, though refund rates vary depending on the amount of work done at that point.
4. If I choose to cancel the commission due to the commissioner breaking any of the terms and conditions listed here, you are at my mercy regarding refunding.

Copyright and Usage

1. As the artist, I hold every right to the produced drawing.
Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;-Promote myself in any place or site.
-Display it anywhere to my liking
-Post it wherever I want.2. The commissioner is allowed to;- Use the artwork for personal use only unless I allow otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
-Request that the art will not be posted to my social media3. If you break any of the TOS especially regarding copyright in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.4. The following is considered copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the work commercially (Meaning making money off it in any way, including putting it on clothing for distribution or other merchandise)
-Taking credit for the creation of the work.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures. This falls under theft and will absolutely not be tolerated.
-Altering the artwork without my consent.
